In mid-December, we applied to view an apartment in Antwerp on Linkeroever. A few days later, we called the office and were told to register on the website. Since we had already registered, we were advised to wait for a response. After several days, we called again, but this time received no answer. Understanding that the holiday season was approaching, we visited the Linkeroever office in person on January 6. The receptionist listened to us, took note of our contact details, the apartment we were interested in, and requested all our documents—practically everything except a blood test. We promptly sent all the required documents and were told that someone from the agency would contact us on January 8 to clarify everything and provide either a positive or negative response. Today is January 14, and we still haven't received any feedback. Can we understand whether your agency is genuinely interested in renting out apartments? There seems to be no customer focus whatsoever. After waiting for a month, we asked about our application, only to hear, "Oh, sorry, we have too many applications, and yours got lost." How is this acceptable? We waited, and yet our application was simply lost.
