Le personnel ... acceuil glacial.
Et au bout du compte, on payer plus cher que le marché.

Unresolved issue with Troostwijk requiring prompt action
If the guys from Troostwijk will not solve problem and will not get me back 500 euros i have spend next comment will be exactly what they did. 5 days to solve the problem. Or react or i will do what i have to do. You know my mail. If no reply and solution....well i will do all i can you go down and do things correctly. Im quite fed up.
