Poor property management service with unresolved issues
Worst property management company I have encountered in Belgium, unprofessional stuff who has no ideal what "customer orientation" is. You lack the professional capability to resolve issues in the apartments you manage. Since the end of 2020, there have been multiple leaks in the Belgielei apartment, and it took you years to fix them. The basement’s water pump has repeatedly malfunctioned, causing flooding, yet you failed to find skilled repair workers or identify the root cause, leaving all owners unable to use the basement properly to this day. The sewage pump in the garden has also remained in a faulty state, causing the entire building to be filled with the smell of waste. Before Christmas 2024, we reported the issue of low water pressure in the apartment, and now, four months later, you have yet to provide any solution. The repair workers you sent even went as far as to blame residents, dismissing the concern as mere 'overthinking.' Emails sent to your staff often go unanswered, and getting through on the phone feels like a miracle. Your company's unprofessionalism is deeply disappointing.
