Unsatisfactory experience with deposit deductions and false accusations
I will never, ever visit this agency again. The first time we rented the White Princess apartments, they deducted part of the deposit because we didn't clean the apartment well before handing it over, even though we received it dirty ourselves. The next time, now two years later, we returned to other apartments with this agency, instead of a 400 eur deposit, they only returned 224, without explaining why and accused us of the alarm clocks disappearing from the apartment. We never use such things, and I think it was a slander just to make money. THANK YOU for bad experiences. 😬
