My experience with Jasper from Upliving was exceptional. First and foremost, the house itself is amazing. The responsiveness and organization provided by Jasper and his team were flawless. They went beyond merely facilitating viewings, treating clients with a personal touch akin to family. The explanation of the contract was thorough and clear. Although there was an issue with the website, Jasper and his team found a workaround to ensure I could still find a suitable solution. Overall, the communication was outstanding. Jasper was incredibly available and addressed all my questions promptly and clearly. His dedication and support were truly impressive. I highly recommend Jasper and Upliving for their excellent service and commitment to their clients.

La location d'un appartement par l'intermédiaire des services d'Upliving s'est bien passée. Ils ont été serviables et ont géré les processus. Le problème est qu'ils ont fait l'état des lieux eux-mêmes et j'ai des doutes sur leur exactitude. Ce n'est pas vraiment impartial comme cela devrait l'être. De plus, il y a une mauvaise odeur dans l'appartement et j'ai des doutes sur le fait que les pièces communes soient nettoyées.

I had already rented an apartment from Upliving, and when we left that one, we went back to them to find our new place. Once again, everything went perfectly with our agent Jasper. From communication to administration to the speed of the process... Everything was top!
