The sales of my property was an extreme complicated case, so high experties were required, which I did not find in the performance of the agency. Nice, polite personell & owner (Dave) but absolutely not professional and dishonest, I supported them in every way so the house could be sold via them as they spent many months on the sales, but at the end the % fee that was agreed verbally after our contract was expired, was not what they put on papaer, plus they also lied to me about visiting the house I was interested to buy saying the seller is not willing to show his house while they had never discussed it with the seller. As a commercialist dealing with Large companies, the key to success is honesty, experty & communication, whic was lacking in their performance. Absolutely do not reccomend them.
