Poor management and lack of communication from property manager
DO NOT USE THE KEYS
Fabulous service initially from the great property manager that changed when I suspect this person's workload became totally unmanageable. Our building has become a shambles and a cash cow for maintenance companies/suppliers with the heating maintenance company given free reign.
The Keys do not answer emails, do not return calls...
