You are ignoring dozens of owners trying to get help for several weeks. 4 elevators were stopped for safety reasons but you are completely ignoring us. There are people with disabilities that cannot access the apartments! Shame on you!! But you still charge us all every quarter. Also, I see you cancelled my previous negative review. That’s not fair. People should know how unprofessional you are.
