We have been working with Miss. Athena Goossens at Sorimo for nearly ten years. Having moved from Belgium to the United States thirty years ago, we have owned two rental apartments that entire time. Managing properties from overseas, combined with less-than-ideal support from previous property managers, was often challenging and discouraging. On several occasions, we even questioned whether we should sell the apartments. We were fortunate to meet Athena while she was working at Sorimo, and it has made all the difference.
