Très mauvaise expérience. L’agence refuse de nous restituer la caution après 12 ans de colocation, en invoquant la disparition supposée d’un lit estimé à 5 000 €?! Aucune preuve de valeur, aucune facture, aucune photo claire n’ont été fournies. Dossier traité de manière abusive et non professionnelle. À éviter. Very bad experience. The agency refuses to return our security deposit after 12 years of shared tenancy, claiming that a bed supposedly worth €5,000 is missing?! No proof of value, no invoice, and no clear photos were ever provided. The case was handled in an abusive and unprofessional manner. Not recommended.

Completamente incompetenti ed inaffidabili. Avevo un appuntamento per visitare un appartamento preso un paio d'ore prima al telefono. Ho fatto un'ora di strada prendendomi un permesso dal lavoro, e quando sono arrivata non c'era nessuno. Ho chiamato e mi hanno risposto che avevano provato a contattarmi per disdire (COSA FALSA PERCHÉ NON HO MAI RICEVUTO NESSUNA CHIAMATA E VEDO DA ALTRE RECENSIONI CHE NON È LA PRIMA VOLTA CHE LO FANNO). Quindi è inutile dire che non c'è nessun dossier aperto come se io stessi mentendo.
