Hubby and I moved to Brussels on short notice, and the agent (Mrs. Paula) sped up the process and helped us move in asap, which was greatly appreciated. The apartments are beautiful, well located, and well decorated, and I appreciate the fact that bills are included in the rent. Administration is overall ok, in the sense that everything that needs to be done is done. The Finance department is also responsive and kind (Ms. Safia). Maintenance staff are nice too and they do their best, they just come when they're able to. There is however room for improvement, one example was me sending an email to the general info email asking how to sign up for the automatic locks, and the Office Manager replying she took the time to Google it for me. The TV box does freeze or turn off and the channel list keeps changing, but it seems like all tv boxes are like that. Also, make sure you vacuum clean and clean the heater vent with a damp cloth when you arrive. Also, make sure you're ok with 5he laundry arrangements. All in all a positive experience, again I needed a hassle free apartment ASAP and Rentmore provided it to me. It isn't an affordable experience but in terms of bureaucracy, everything is done.

I am very happy with this agency, and their experts, specially for their efficiency and flexibility in getting things done, from telephone and internet settings, keeping good maintenance and rapidly and flexibly solving issues. They have the knowledge of the market and very good expertise, and above all, they are quick and efficient!

To be honest I have mixed feelings about this agency. The furnished apartments they offer are normally nice and modern. I am disappointed mainly with their procedures. Their procedures are not very friendly to the tenant as they charge them with many extra things and there were many hidden costs during our stay. I also believe that the quality they mention to offer does not match their general services. Firstly, they are not responsive. It took them much time to fix things even if we were over-paying for maintenance. At the end of the lease, they never returned our deposits back. It is a pity because the apartments are nice but the administration has a lot of room for improvement.
