RentMore Brussel - Sint-Pieters-Woluwe

The apartment I rented from Rentmore in Woluwe Valley was new and in good condition, but the furniture and furnishings are of poor quality and extremely fragile. Not to mention the exaggerated rates applied on expenses (for example, for the internet service I paid a lump sum of 70 EUR per month + 100 euros per month for "service" (??)). Rentmore withheld an exaggerated deposit for small damages caused, almost inevitable, given the poor quality of the materials, and for other more or less spurious reasons, and the costs ascribed to the damages seemed absolutely excessive. The high expenses for the inspection of the apartment are paid both incoming and outgoing, but incoming no one showed up for the on-site inspection, I only received a report which was drawn up, evidently, after the exit of the tenant who preceded. Last but not least, they introduced an electronic key of to enter in the apartment to manage via a smartphone only. A limitation that I did not appreciate at all.

Rented a fully furnished apartment by park Seny. I very much enjoyed my stay in the nice and cosy appartment in the well kept and managed building in the beutiful surroundings and quiet neighbourhood in Auderghem - yet so well connected with metro and tram close by.
