The room I had was perfect in every way, spacious,bright with all the amenities. The common areas in the house had everything needed for comfort. The location is close to the European institutions, 5 min to metro and 10 to supermarkets, so everything at hand. Irina was a sweetheart and always there when we needed additional information. I recommend with confidence!!!
This is the single worst agency I have encountered. Avoid at all costs. First, we did not get keys as agreed. That did cause a major inconvenience. Second, hidden defects: painted over rotten sideboards (due to excessive moisture), a colony of ants in the roof construction. Finally, when moving out, the landlady (which happened to be the owner of the agency, Mrs Nadine Van Kenhoven-Rekk herself) failed to communicate the meter readings to the energy company, and we ended up with responsibility for the next tenant’s debt. And I’ve never seen my gurantee deposit. I repeat, avoid at all costs.
