I was extremely pleased with the exceptional service provided by Living Stone, the real estate agent who responded promptly and even went above and beyond by answering inquiries after hours, which I found to be a truly delightful touch.

Overall a very positive experience! If I could , I would select all of the above aspects! Professional, empathetic, flexible, proactive responsible, friendly... These are the first adjectives that come to mind when I look back at my property selling experience with Living Stone! I have spent a great deal of time abroad recently and the folks at Living Stone took care of everything, from the first to the last day! Voor de verkoop van mijn pand werkte ik samen met Erik en Doria van Living Stone. Zij zijn zeer betrokken, makkelijk bereikbaar en zij hebben mij zeer goed bijgestaan. Er waren nogal wat bijkomende problemen-onder andere de communicatie met de syndicus- en daar heeft Living Stone echt hun best gedaan om die aan te pakken, dat was heel fijn. De initiële vraagprijs was misschien wat te optimistisch. Uiteindelijk werd het pand verkocht aan een prijs waarin ik me kon vinden.
