Mixed feelings about the agency as I lack enough experience to know exactly what you can expect and what not. Fact is, me as a buyer and even potential new customer for sale, never feel comfortable in the agency when the boss is around. The atmosphere is not good, the other agents seem nervous and uncomfortable, work although they are really sick, etc..
