Unfortunately I have to change my review to one star. When showing me the apartment, I was told by Nicholas that the cost included everything, but since then I have had constant extra charges imposed by the owner of the apartment who I am now taking to court. Kropek will say that this is fault of the owner and not him, but he must research who he works with before making promises on their behalf.
