Morgan Bonnet, the head of the agency, is extremely efficient, very informative, very clear, very responsive and very pleasant to interact with. He's punctual and does everything he says he will do when he said he would do it - a rare quality. I had lined up 3 agencies to talk to before selecting one, and started with Immo2gether because I liked the feel of their website and their reviews, and my first call with Morgan convinced me to work with his agency and I never regretted it for a moment. We had already signed the agency contract, visited the apartment and Morgan had sent me his report when my tenant made a firm offer that I accepted. Morgan took it in his stride with elegance. When my tenant was forced to retract her offer one month later, Morgan stepped right back in and organised the photo shoot and listings at the speed of light. Since the viewing started when Morgan was out of the country, one of his agents took them over and despite the less attractive period of the year, I accepted a firm offer for my asking price within a week. The selling price Morgan recommended was right on point based on the other sources I consulted. Morgan stayed actively present until the end to help with the "compromis", necessary documentation, and the buyer's and the notary's questions.
