If you are thinking about renting with them, be very careful. After over 10 years of paying rent, when I gave my notice and before I returned the keys, they told me on the phone that if I could make the apartment available and return the keys before my notice period, if a new tenant started, they would return the corresponding amount of money, so I would not have to pay for example the last month of rent if a new tenant was found before. Considering this, I made the apartment ready, helped them find the new tenant, showed the apartment, put them in contact and returned the keys with enough time so they could prepare the apartment and start the new rent contract before the end of my notice period. The new tenant started the contract before the end of my notice period. One person from iFac informed me via email and calculated a reduced proportional amount, based on the start date of the new tenant, but then someone else claimed I still had to pay the full amount, even though I was told on the phone by this same person that I would not have to pay the full amount if a new tenant was found. They lied, kept all the money, and were double-paid for the last month. This of course depends on the owner, but iFac are the ones who communicate with the owner, they set false expectations from the start. On top of this, after more than 10 years in the apartment, normal wear and tear should not have been deducted, but they took over €1,000 from the deposit, an absurd amount after so many years. Be extremely careful if you plan to rent with them!
