Agency to avoid at any cost...they confirm your appointment and through all the traffic jam you arrive two minutes late, the agent (apparently) already left...they have your number but they won't bother to call you cause it would be too much to ask...(maybe not in their job description)....poor customer service and totally unprofessional ...
