FXJ Projects - Woluwe-Saint-Lambert

I rented my apartment via FXJ Projects. This collaboration was in general fine. The expert was super detail-orientated and took note of everything. However, there was a huge language barrier, because he didn't speak English. This was something that bothered me the most. I would have also liked to receive a bit more consultation throughout the process. I also didn't receive any options on the energy contract, and I would have liked the options. My contact person was Francois. The communication with him was fine. I could always reach him via e-mail.

François Xavier a constamment bien répondu et a toujours été présent. L'etats des lieux était impeccable.

Je trouve que l'état des lieux d'entrée était moins précis que celui de sortie. Après François-Xavier nous a toujours communiqué le nécessaire.
