This real estate agency is reaching a new low in terms of professionalism.
We had an appointment to visit an apartment that, on paper, ticked all of our expectations. We arrived five minutes before the agreed time, yet the agent started the visit by telling us we were late and that we needed to be out by 17:00, even though our appointment was scheduled for 16:30. During the visit, the current occupants were at home and openly complaining about visitors in a language they clearly assumed we would not understand. This created a very uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere. To make matters worse, the advertisement on the agency’s website did not match reality. The property was marketed as a two-bedroom apartment, but the living room was counted as one of the bedrooms. As it quickly became clear that the apartment did not correspond to what had been advertised, we stayed for less than five minutes. Despite this, the agent was already pushing a document into our hands to submit an offer. We refused and left. Overall, a disappointing experience marked by poor organisation, lack of professionalism, and misleading advertising. I would not recommend this agency.
