I booked an appointment with this agency on the time they proposed. This appointment was confirmed by both sides, and I planned my working day accordingly to be there. When I arrived on the agreed time, it turned out the guy made another appointment on the same time slot somewhere else, so we had to rush through the visit. But on top of that, instead of apologizing, he was talking accusingly like I had done something wrong, because apparently he had tried to call me right before our appointment. And then he was showing proof of these phone calls, as if it had any relevance - that was not relevant at all. He 'explained' that they expect people to confirm an extra time right before an appointment, even though it was already confirmed. However, it was not communicated that they expected this extra confirmation. Very unprofessional, insulting and not acceptable. I would advise to avoid this agency. PS It wouldn't surprise me if they will now again reply accusingly because I missed those phone calls, instead of apologizing, which would be more appropriate in my opinion.
