For the rental of my home, I worked together with Color Properties, with Rafael Cremandes as my main contact. It was a very pleasant experience, and they truly helped me a lot. I am completely new to Belgium, which made it quite challenging for me to understand everything and find a suitable home. Rafael supported me exceptionally well, provided a lot of valuable advice, and kept us well informed throughout the process. I was also able to negotiate the price with him, as it was initially a bit too high for us. This made a big difference for us. I am extremely satisfied and would give Color Properties a 10/10 without hesitation.

My collaboration with Color Properties went very well. I was helped by Raphael, a friendly and helpful employee. He assisted me with a difficult situation, and I don’t think I would have been able to finalize the deal without him. Really great experience!
