Overall, everything went well. However, after moving in we discovered that some renovations were needed, which had not been mentioned beforehand. The agent was probably not aware of this. Communication on the transfer of utilities and bill could be improved. On the positive side, they were very available and easy to reach, which was really a plus for us.
