Worse experience ever. I wouldn’t recommend it even to my enemies. They are not professional as soon as the contract was signed. Follow up on maintenance issues was a major problem (just to share one example: the building heater broke down 4 times during winter with the last time lasting 10 days and their response to that was this is normal and if we were not happy with the way they manage things we should be staying in a hotel instead of an apartment!)
