Arranging a rental with this company is unnecessarily complex. Instead of a straightforward interaction, you're required to navigate their poorly designed website and engage in lengthy email exchanges. Unfortunately, these emails are not useful at all; despite requesting to view a specific property, they often assign you to another. Moreover, the tone of the communication is overly intrusive, with excessive requests for personal information before even allowing a viewing. After submitting the required documents, they seem unable to process them correctly, leading to more frustrating email back-and-forth. In contrast, my experience with other competitors has been much smoother and more professional. While the company may excel in sales, their rental service is, frankly, exasperating.
J'ai trouvé ma maison grâce à une connaissance qui m'a dit que le bien serait libre, et j'ai ensuite contacté Bekimmo, où j'ai eu affaire à Olivier Beke lui-même. Il a très bien fait les choses. La communication a toujours été rapide et claire, c'est excellent. Je me suis occupé moi-même de certaines parties de l'administration et je leur ai laissé le soin de faire d'autres choses, parce que c'est ce que je voulais. Tout s'est donc très bien passé et je n'aurais aucun point à améliorer.
