il y a un jacuzzi sur la terrasse de l’appartement, et j’aurais apprécié que le contrat de bail explicite mieux les responsabilités du propriétaire et du locataire concernant l'usage de celui-ci . Pour le reste, j’ai beaucoup aimé travailler avec eux, qui étaient également très professionnels. La présentation du bien a également été réalisée avec soin et professionnalisme, ce qui a grandement contribué à sa mise en valeur.
