Very helpful and friendly service. They took the time to explain and show me the instrument I was interested in, which I really appreciated. This was my first instrument purchase in Brussels, and I left very happy with the experience. I also liked that they gave me time alone and privacy to try play the instrument and decide at my own pace, without any pressure. Some people might find the instruments a bit pricey, but that is because they focus on quality brands and good instruments rather than just selling cheap products for the sake of making sales.
