We made two appointments in a row for two different appartments. On both occasions we were told that the property was sold the day before our visit. This happened even though when we made the appointment for the second appartment visit, we had insisted we were highly interested and prepared to offer significantly above asking price. The agent apparently was not bothered to contact us to allow an offer..

Both apartments generated a very high level of interest and received an exceptionally large number of inquiries, as well as offers very shortly after the first viewings. In accordance with our professional obligations, every offer received was immediately forwarded to the owner, who remains solely responsible for deciding whether to accept an offer and whether to proceed with the scheduled viewings. In this context, it can unfortunately happen that a property is reserved or sold more quickly than expected, sometimes before certain appointments already planned.
