Appointment at 5:15 PM. Few minutes before the agent calls me telling me that they'll be few minutes delayed for traffic (understandable). Once I arrive to the apartment for the visit, they call me again saying that they will be 40 (FORTY) minutes late because they mixed up the agendas. I found it a bit unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Mistakes can happen but not at this extent, nor 15 minutes before a scheduled appointment.

Nous sommes très contents d’avoir travaillé avec Raphaël pour la vente de notre appartement ( un penthouse à Woluwé St Lambert ) . Nous le connaissions car c’était à lui que nous avions eu affaire quand nous l’avions acheté il y a 10 ans . C’est donc naturellement à lui que nous avons pensé pour la revente , ayant beaucoup apprécié son professionnalisme à l’époque . Il a réalisé un travail impeccable du début jusqu’à la fin . Il est en outre très réactif et facile à contacter , et toujours de belle humeur ! Nous le recommandons à 100%
