Pure horror.
Syncura at the Riva neighbourhood is not the best at managing this property. We are renting apartment in Riva neighbourhood as of 2023. Due to the fact, that we constantly have problems in the common areas, we blame Syncura for this. There are problems with nearly everything and Syncura is very often replying that they cannot help. The main gate to the garage not working - their reply that it is outside company and they cannot help. No hot water - outside company they cannot help. Calling the police after burglary to the garage - they cannot help. Cleaning after the burglary - residents need to do it themselves. Trashes everywhere - not a Syncura’s problem. It is very hard to reach them by phone. The only employee of Syncura who is trying to do something or help is Mr. Emiel. Mr. Emiel indeed is very often at the place and is trying to help if you meet him in person.
I have an email sent to your general email on Monday and today is Friday already and I got no response. I know everybody including me is busy but such a delay for a simple question is questionable…
