Alles is zeer goed verlopen, ik geef een 9/10. Alles was in orde en ik hoefde me nauwelijks bezig te houden met de procedure, precies wat ik zocht.

Het was in orde. Over het algemeen was de communicatie met Sofie goed. Ik werd op de hoogte gehouden van mijn bezoekaanvraag.

I had a very positive experience with Sofimmo and my contact person, Sofie Besien. From the moment I expressed interest in renting the property, Sofie kept me well informed throughout the entire process. She was always open in her communication, and I was able to easily reach her via WhatsApp, which made everything much more convenient. Sofie provided great support when it came to signing the rental contract and handling the transfer of utilities. As I don’t speak Dutch myself, this presented an extra challenge, but Sofie went above and beyond to help me with translations and managing all the details. She made sure everything was clear and organized, and I really appreciated her patience and professionalism. I felt fully supported at every step, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received.
