They have a good turnover of available properties, and their website is well synchronized with the actual availability of apartments. This made it easy to identify suitable options, and they quickly arranged viewings, allowing me to complete my apartment search smoothly. During the contract process, they also carefully explained procedures specific to Belgium, such as insurance and the état des lieux, which was very helpful as a foreign tenant. After moving in, Athéna kindly acted as an intermediary with the landlord, and I was very satisfied with the support. Their responsiveness was excellent. For example, when we once had an issue with the hot water, they arranged a technician within a few days. Communication was always smooth and completely stress-free. I would definitely recommend Sorimo to anyone, especially foreigners looking for reliable housing support in Belgium.

We asked the assistance of Victoire to rent out our apartment as we had worked once before with them. We thought that way we would save ourselves the additional effort of reexplaining our expectations but we were wrong. To be fair, they did manage to find a new tenant rather soon but it took a huge amount of effort, energy and time from our side. We had to repeatedly review all documents that were never reviewed seriously by the most senior staff of Victoire. They kept repeating that they had taken into account all our comments only to discover everytime that the job was only partially done. Not to mention that they refused to acknowledge that the quality of work done was low.
