I am very happy with this agency, and their experts, specially for their efficiency and flexibility in getting things done, from telephone and internet settings, keeping good maintenance and rapidly and flexibly solving issues. They have the knowledge of the market and very good expertise, and above all, they are quick and efficient!

To be honest I have mixed feelings about this agency. The furnished apartments they offer are normally nice and modern. I am disappointed mainly with their procedures. Their procedures are not very friendly to the tenant as they charge them with many extra things and there were many hidden costs during our stay. I also believe that the quality they mention to offer does not match their general services. Firstly, they are not responsive. It took them much time to fix things even if we were over-paying for maintenance. At the end of the lease, they never returned our deposits back. It is a pity because the apartments are nice but the administration has a lot of room for improvement.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience renting an apartment from RENTMORE, and I feel it’s necessary to share my story so others can avoid a similar ordeal. If you're considering renting from them, please read this first.One of the most frustrating parts of this experience was how difficult it was to get any response from RENTMORE’s management and support team. I had several issues that needed immediate attention, but my emails and calls would often go unanswered for days. I was shocked to find hidden fees that weren’t mentioned in the rental agreement or on their website. I had to pay for several unexpected "administrative charges" which weren’t explained upfront. The final straw was the move-out process. Despite leaving the apartment in a clean and tidy condition, they claimed that there was "excessive wear and tear" and deducted an absurd amount from my security deposit. I tried to dispute this, but once again, my attempts to reach someone from management were ignored. It’s clear to me that they were trying to squeeze out every last cent with no regard for fairness or customer satisfaction. Conclusion: RENTMORE has proven to be an unprofessional, dishonest, and unreliable rental company. I regret ever signing a lease with them, and I would strongly advise anyone considering renting from them to look elsewhere. RENTMORE’s lack of transparency, poor communication, and overall disregard for their renters' needs make them a company I can’t recommend to anyone. Save yourself the stress and frustration – avoid RENTMORE at all costs!
