Absolutely worst experience I ever had with trying to get info/rent a kot at Hooikaai 19 in Brussels(helping an international student). I sent 4 emails, 2 messages, around 5 calls to only get response in 1.5 weeks that the kot is already rented?? It was not rented when I sent the first message. I said we wanted to rent the kot BEFORE even the viewings started. That is 0 customer service whatsoever, really frustrating experience.

Bonjour j'ai envoyé un mail le 05/08 de ce mois car nous désirons rénover notre bâtiment de la société. On m'a téléphoné ce jour pour me demander pour quel bâtiment ? J'ai dit le nôtre alors que c'était bien indiqué dans mon courriel ? On m'a demandé où ? J'ai répondu à Bruxelles (c'était marqué dans ma signature courriel) ! On m'a dit qu'il y avait plus de 40 bâtiments à Bruxelles en gestion et qu'il n'avait pas de temps à perdre ... J'ai répondu moi non plus ... au revoir ... au revoir ... ou plutôt adieu on trouvera d'autres fournisseurs qui n'ont pas de temps à perdre ;)
