Slechte klantenservice en frustrerende ervaring bij het huren van een kot
Absolutely worst experience I ever had with trying to get info/rent a kot at Hooikaai 19 in Brussels(helping an international student). I sent 4 emails, 2 messages, around 5 calls to only get response in 1.5 weeks that the kot is already rented?? It was not rented when I sent the first message. I said we wanted to rent the kot BEFORE even the viewings started. That is 0 customer service whatsoever, really frustrating experience.
