If you value your time, steer clear of this agency. I've lived in Brussels for over 15 years and have been involved in multiple property transactions, but I've never encountered such a lackluster, negligent, and unprofessional service. Recently, as I was returning to Brussels after an overseas assignment, I arranged a viewing for two apartments with NMB. I even booked my flight specifically for these appointments. From the start, communication with the agent was a nightmare. She rarely answered calls, ignored voicemails, emails, and WhatsApp messages, and only occasionally replied with brief and casual texts over the course of a week. Upon my arrival in Brussels, the agent casually rescheduled our appointment to Sunday morning with little notice, which I accepted. However, the night before the appointment, she sent a few messages demanding additional confirmation, which I only saw when I arrived at the scheduled time. To my frustration, she didn't show up for the viewing, nor did she respond to my subsequent calls and messages asking to revert to the original schedule. I brought my children along to see the apartment, which only added to our collective disappointment. For anyone considering this agency, I suggest opting for a more reputable and reliable property business.
