This agency introduced us, as foreigners, to a dishonest landlord who clearly took advantage of our lack of familiarity with the Belgian rental system. Despite being aware of what was happening, the agency offered no support, no warning, and no guidance. We eventually had to take legal action and won the case — but only after spending a huge amount in legal fees. If you're a foreigner or someone unfamiliar with the local system, I strongly advise you to avoid this agency. They do not protect tenants and seem more interested in maintaining relationships with landlords — even problematic ones. And to the agency: You have a responsibility to act ethically. Stop working with that landlord. You already know the kind of trouble she caused us. Don't let another foreigner fall into the same trap. Enough is enough.
