Incompetent, arrogant, and dishonest property management
Incompetent, arrogant and dishonest. More an obstacle than a help for effective property management. Proposed price quotes for renovation works are more than double the market price, and when a more competitive offer proposed by owners is accepted it is an administrative nightmare to get the works executed. Not capable of paying the invoices on time, simple administrative tasks are not followed up, repeated mails and reminders are not answered. Kadaner was our syndic for several years during which we spent several months in the dark because the electrician was not paid for his renovation work and quit, the elevator was stopped for two months because the control reports 'got lost' in a wrong Kadaner mail box and the operating license expired unnoticed, a simple administrative problem that took months to correct ... Avoid at all cost.
