Regarding DPD: Unsure what specifically went down, but it may happen that the DPD package tracking page indicates the package has been delivered to a pickup point while it's actually not the case. A package of mine was in limbo for two days, one before a holiday and the holiday itself. The package was indicated as delivered to the store before the holiday, but it couldn't be found even two days after said delivery date. I think another customer before me had the same issue. App saying that it's delivered without receiving a QR code for nearly three days. I filed an inquiry/complaint to DPD, and coincidentally on that same day (after the holiday) I received the QR code. By the way, DPD well tell customers to contact the sellers regarding insurance / lost packages, and the seller can only do so when a package has been missing for three days.
