Immo Nuvo - Merchtem

I thought the collaboration went okay. Communication with Ann was good, and I received a quick response both to my request to visit the property and after I let them know I was interested in renting it. I also received enough assistance in general (except when it came to arranging internal matters like my electricity and gas), but I do find it unfortunate that I didn’t receive all the information about the house, or that the information I did receive was incorrect. For example, a blind in the kitchen that doesn’t work, or the fact that there isn’t one in the living room.

Ik ben super content met de samenwerking met Immo Nuvo. Na mijn eerste ervaring met deze makelaar, ging ik voor het verhuren van mijn woning terug naar hen. Het ging naargelang mijn wensen en het pand werd vrij snel verhuurd. Ook de presentatie van het pand en de foto's zagen er heel goed uit. Het enige wat ietsjes beter kon is de communicatie. Voor de rest ben ik tevreden, ook met de huurders.

Mijn woning werd met Immo Nuvo na de eerste bezoekdag verkocht tegen de vraagprijs. De communicatie was ook perfect. Ik kreeg steeds snel antwoord en werd goed op de hoogte gehouden.
