Not professional! Before the visits the apartment was already sold. Marnix didn't dare to call the potential buyers and let an assistant do the job. I contacted the seller and she didn't even know before the house visit that Marnix already sold it. You can be against bidding higher but give everyone a chance. Really unprofessional!
Van in het begin is er een goede verstandhouding geweest. Wederzijds luisteren naar elkaar was hier heel belangrijk. Marnix heeft heel de voorbereiding op zich genomen. We bought the house published on marnix vastgoed. We really liked the principle of marnix, who is against to people doing bidding higher than asking price and the competition associated with it. We agreed to pay the asking price and we are already living in the house. Marnix as well as the house owners we really kind and the signature of compromie was smooth. Marnix does help on the final day of registration for exchange of gas, electricity and water contracts.
