Unsatisfactory experience with unaddressed defects and poor customer service
We rented an appartment from this real estate broker. The apartment had a lot of hidden defects that stayed unrepaired. They had a handyman that was not really helpful and at the end Chayen dared to complain about a spot that was “dirty” meanwhile there were so many defects that remained unsolved in the 2 years that we rented. These people totally disregarded our complaints and only care about the money..
