Smooth long-distance rental process with excellent support
My experience with Immo Francois was really good: they were always very precise, especially on telephone support, because I rented the apartment from Italy, so I couldn’t really visit the house, but they were very helpful. Sometimes I needed to write to them because it wasn’t always clear what I had to do, but they were very happy to help me. According to me, they did a very good job, seeing as it was a strange but good experience for both parties. The support was also very good. My person of contact, Elke, was great; I would give her a nine. She was very helpful everytime I called; she tried to help me with any issues that I had, especially with the documents. Most of them were in Dutch, but she provided me with English copies of them. Very kind of her.
