Wij hebben de verkoop van onze woning geregeld via Immo François, met Davy als onze contactpersoon. Davy zorgde voor een accurate waardebepaling en slaagde erin om de woning snel te verkopen. Hij gaf altijd duidelijke uitleg en was stipt op tijd bij afspraken. Hoewel de opvolging na de verkoop iets beter had gekund en er enige verwarring was toen de woning in optie stond zonder duidelijke vermelding, was de algehele ervaring positief. Davy's professionele aanpak en inzet hebben zeker bijgedragen aan een vlotte verkoop.

De communicatie verliep altijd spontaan en helder, met duidelijke stappen en instructies. Alles was uitstekend gedocumenteerd. Het persoonlijke contact met Davy was altijd geweldig, wat de samenwerking des te prettiger maakte.

I did not have a great experience with Immo Francois, and at the moment, would not recommend them to anyone else. It is important to keep your customers up to date and supply them with the right information, but they took that too far. I got multiple phone calls a day with updates, information etc. to a point at which it really bothered me. A positive detail I have to mention, is that they were able to sell the proporty at the desired price.
