Exceptional service and efficient processes from Ifac
Without doubt the best realtor I have ever worked with. Professional, friendly, efficient, with good workflows and processes to support the renter and landlord. Everything online and offline worked perfectly (rare these days!). Really impressed, nothing was too much trouble, documentation was always quickly provided and also with quick follow up. Special shout out to Mattias and Charlotte, who dealt with me directly, I am very grateful to them and their colleagues! I have no hesitation in recommending Ifac!

Discriminatie en gebrek aan respect bij IFAC Service
Does not even deserve 1 star ! I rang with interest for 2 appartements in Vossem (Tervuren). I got a man on the phone, who clearly didn't want to give me an appointement because : 1. I can't move in this exact month (month has started) 2. I don't have a spouse/partner to pay rent with me 3. He said he didn't want to loose his time to do this visit. I clearly have a sufficient Salary to pay the rent and live alone, since when are we obliged to be married to visit an appartement, is it not only based on salary income in Belgium ? Absolutely horrified by this discrimination and lack of respect, and that he just couldn't be bothered. He wasn't even interested to help me find another appartement in my criterias ! I do not recommend at all ! and will definitely never use this agency again ! unprofessional and bad mannered people !
