I would not suggest renting with this property. The home was not move in ready. Once I turned the utilities on I discovered busted pipes. I was without air for almost a week in 100 degree weather. Both stove and refrigerator were dysfunctional. Toilets ran continuously even after maintenance causing a massive utility bill. You can find better! You and your family deserve the best, and HSM property LLC is not it! Take your money some place else. Good Luck finds a space to call home✨️
