Poor service and communication at the reception
The worst: 1) Impossible to reach reception by phone and order food. Daily struggle. I had to physically go downstairs to do it. 2) I called reception to send someone to collect my express dry cleaning, I was told to bring it myself to the reception and queue to give it. 3) they forgot to clean my bathroom and change towels. There are some white stains on the chair 4) check in and check out extremely slow and there are usually no people at the reception. If they are, they are busy talking to each other rather than attending to customers. 5) showed - either hot or cold water, not in between
