FLATS RESIDENCES - Bruxelles

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had—and I’ve traveled extensively. Upon arrival, I asked to change rooms because the bathtub was dangerously high and extremely slippery. I was told all rooms were the same, but promised a safety mat the next day. It never arrived. Even more concerning, the elevator dropped from the third floor. I urged reception to call emergency services, but the staff dismissed my concerns and shouted at me instead, insisting they knew what they were doing. The staff showed a complete lack of customer service and, more seriously, no sense of safety or emergency procedure. I felt unsafe and disrespected throughout my stay. Avoid this place at all costs.
