There were too many people involved and communicating with us. Too many departments, not all of which seemed to be talking to one another. A single case manager to deal with the contract would be helpful, with all.messaging coming through them. They should also, ideally, be the conduit for SMOOVED rather than emails coming in from different people in a variety of companies
