Terrible closing experience. After nearly 2 years at a house, with no complaints we decided to end the contract earlier. We emailed them to understand the implications, no response, no communication. We complied with everything, they jept the money naturally. In the last inspection, they inflated the prices of random things (like glass door not cleaned properly costling us apparently 1000 euros). And I asked a sinple question: could we sign the paperwork tomorrow as we want to verify the contract? They answer was to threaten to cqll the police f we don't sign the paperwork immediately and suddenly mentioning that they don't have to communicate to us in English (which was never a problem before). I recommend you stay far away from this company, specially if you are a non native.
