This is probably the worst real state agency in all of Ghent. They schedule 10min appointments for house visits to create a false air of scarcity and promote bidding wars. The realtors lie to your face when you ask about structural damage. One had the audacity to say that all houses before 1960 have structural water damage on the walls, that it's normal! I wouldn't recommend as a buyer at all

Ik ben bijzonder tevreden over de samenwerking met Convas. De waardebepaling was correct en de uiteindelijke verkoopprijs lag in lijn met de verwachtingen. De presentatie van de woning was zeer goed en de verkoop verliep heel snel. Het contact met Theo was uitstekend, echt top in zijn aanpak en opvolging.
