🇬🇧 The rooms are very nice and comfortable, but the service is extremely poor, especially considering that this is one of the most expensive housing options if you plan to stay in Brussels for several months or even a year. The common areas are in very bad condition: dirty, poorly maintained, and often smelly. They are officially cleaned only once a week, and during my stay several weeks were skipped altogether. When this was pointed out, the management simply denied it. During my stay, they deliberately decided to increase the price of the washing machine tokens. Moreover, at the beginning they guarantee a fiber internet connection, but once I moved in I realized that the connection was very poor and clearly not fiber. When I raised this issue and even provided a speed test, they still denied it. Overall, everything seems to be oriented purely towards maximizing their profit. The kitchen also has a serious plumbing issue: when washing dishes, foul-smelling wastewater comes out of a drain hole and remains stagnant on the kitchen floor, leaving a persistent sewer smell and creating unacceptable hygiene conditions. I reported this problem several times, but nothing was ever done. In conclusion, this place might be tolerable for a very short stay of a few weeks, but I strongly discourage it for long-term stays. 🇫🇷 Les chambres sont très belles et confortables, mais le service est extrêmement mauvais, surtout si l’on considère qu’il s’agit de l’une des solutions de logement les plus chères pour un séjour de plusieurs mois ou d’un an à Bruxelles. Les espaces communs sont dans un état déplorable : sales, mal entretenus et souvent malodorants. Le nettoyage est officiellement effectué une fois par semaine, mais durant mon séjour, certaines semaines ont été totalement ignorées. Lorsque cela a été signalé, la direction a simplement nié les faits. Pendant ma période de résidence, ils ont délibérément augmenté le prix des jetons pour la machine à laver. De plus, une connexion internet en fibre est annoncée au départ, mais une fois installée, j’ai constaté que la connexion était très mauvaise et clairement pas de la fibre. Malgré un test de vitesse à l’appui, ils ont nié le problème. De manière générale, tout semble uniquement orienté vers leur profit. La cuisine présente également un grave problème de plomberie : lors de la vaisselle, de l’eau stagnante à l’odeur d’égout remonte par une évacuation, laissant une forte odeur persistante et créant des conditions d’hygiène inacceptables. Ce problème a été signalé à plusieurs reprises, sans qu’aucune action ne soit entreprise. En conclusion, cet endroit peut éventuellement être supportable pour un séjour très court de quelques semaines, mais je le déconseille fortement pour des séjours de longue durée.

Dont do it !! ne fais pas!! Finger weg davon!! I booked the room one month in advance. When I arrived, the room was extremely dirty and clearly had not been cleaned at all. I was asked to sign a document confirming that a lamp and a drying rack were in the room, but neither of these items was actually there. Because I arrived on a Saturday, I had to wait until Wednesday before anyone even came to clean the room. Even when they finally did, the cleaning was very poorly done — there was still dust everywhere, so it was essentially pointless. During this time, the bathroom smelled very bad and was unpleasant to use. When moving out, they always keep part of the security deposit, claiming that something was not clean — even when everything is left perfectly clean. This seems to be a common practice and happens to everyone. I strongly advise people to stay away from this company.
