Ik ben liefhebber van Must de Cartier Parfum. Ik had de vroegere versie met vervangbare flacon. Dat deze geur ondertussen veranderd is, kan ik inkomen. Maar dat ik voor aankoop hiervan een afspraak moet maken in de boutique is er wel wat over. Ik kan deze eventueel wel bestellen maar weet totaal niet of deze parfum me bekoord zoals de vorige. Jammer.

We rang the bell. No answer. We called. No response. We even checked our email again—just in case we'd imagined the confirmation. Nope, it was real. The only thing missing? Cartier itself. We came all the way from Gent for this appointment, only to be left standing outside like we were trying to crash a private event. If exclusivity means leaving customers out in the cold, then mission accomplished! Next time, a simple heads-up would be appreciated. A call, a text, even a smoke signal—anything to avoid a wasted trip. For a brand that prides itself on precision, this was surprisingly careless. Disappointed? Absolutely. Impressed? Not in the way Cartier probably intended.
